Its main products are wooden toys and other wooden articles, which are produced by three production lines: wooden toy production line, wooden hanger production line and wooden knob & handle production line. It has long been authorized the right of export/import.
·Main Production Equipments:
All the complete production lines are composed of imported and advanced equipments which are reliable in technical performance and have high machining precision .The lines include more than 200 sets of equipments such as automatic circular saws, automatic longitudinal saws, four sided wood planners, single/double verticle shafted wood planners, automatic interior/exterior profilers, automatic verticle shafted double head cutters, wood profiling lathes, automatic ball cutting machines , combined drills , row drills , washing type paint spraying machine and thermal contract packagers etc .
All sorts of its wooden toys are in compliance with both E.E.C. standard ENTL and USA standard ASTM. The special color staining technology prevents the color paint from peeling off and assures the safety to the children and the house hygiene, All its wooden articles meet the requirements of European green environment protection.
